AWJ Investment acquires 40% stake in Oud Real Estate

AWJ Investment, a subsidiary of AWJ Holding, has announced the acquisition of a 40% stake in Oud Real Estate, marking a significant step toward accelerating the development of high-end, culturally inspired real estate projects across the Kingdom. The strategic alliance is set to unlock investments of over SAR8 billion ($2.13 billion) over the next five years.
The partnership will focus on delivering a portfolio of branded residential, commercial, and hospitality developments in key urban centres such as Riyadh and Jeddah, blending Saudi heritage with modern urban design.
Founded in 2016, Oud Real Estate has become known for its innovative approach to real estate development, crafting lifestyle destinations that celebrate Saudi traditions through contemporary architecture and design. The company’s projects are recognised for integrating cultural narratives into upscale living spaces, positioning Oud as a leader in luxury real estate rooted in local identity.
