Oud Real Estate has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) during the 2025 Cultural Investment Conference, organized by the Ministry of Culture under the theme “From Our Culture, We Build Our Economy”. The event was held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister — may God protect him — and attended by His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture, alongside prominent local and international investors and decision-makers.
This collaboration reflects Oud Real Estate’s commitment to integrating Saudi traditional arts into its real estate projects and solidifying their role within the urban development landscape. It aims to celebrate national identity, support creative practices, and infuse local artistry into modern architectural design in harmony with the objectives of “The Year of Handicrafts 2025” and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to build a sustainable cultural economy.
The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) stands as a leading institution dedicated to preserving and promoting Saudi traditional arts both locally and internationally. It strives to pass this cultural legacy to future generations, nurture national talents in crafts and arts, and empower practitioners to develop and market their work through modern and innovative methods.
Through this agreement, Oud Real Estate reaffirms its dedication to supporting arts and culture in the Kingdom, ensuring its projects serve as platforms that reflect deeply rooted aesthetic and cultural values, enriching the human and cultural experience across the communities it develops.
